These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of socalblinds.com (the “Site”) and all quotes, orders and sales by SoCal Blinds (“SoCal Blinds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Trade Customers
SoCal Blinds supplies custom window treatments to dealers, interior designers, contractors, builders, property managers and other businesses. We may ask for business information, such as a seller’s permit or resale certificate, before providing trade pricing or accepting orders.
2. Use of the Site
- You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
- We may restrict or end access to the Site at any time for violations of these Terms.
3. Quotes, Orders and Pricing
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices, products and availability may change without notice.
- All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order.
- Custom products are made to the measurements, fabrics and specifications you provide. Please review your order carefully; you are responsible for the accuracy of measurements and specifications submitted.
- Because products are custom made, orders generally cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has started, except as covered by our warranty.
4. Payment
Payment terms are as stated on your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before orders are released for production and shipping. Applicable sales tax will be charged unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is on file.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Lead times and delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, supply-chain issues, weather or other events outside our control. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report any damage or discrepancies promptly.
6. Warranty
Products supplied by SoCal Blinds are covered by a 3-year limited warranty, subject to the written warranty terms provided with your order. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents or normal wear.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including logos, images, text, graphics and designs, is owned by SoCal Blinds or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or modify it without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoCal Blinds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the Site or placement of orders means you accept the updated Terms.
